PUBLIC TRANSPORT… BILA NAK MAJU?

Aku ni kira pengguna public transport kat Malaysia ni. Slalu gak la naik KTM, LRT, bas semua tu. Tapi, apa yang aku tgk ketara sekarang ni, public transport skrang x menepati masa, lambat dan selalu je batal.
Kawan aku ada cerita la pasal service public transport negara kita ni, bayangkan tiap-tiap pagi dia tunggu tren KTM Komuter dari pukul 6:30 pagi. Tu pun belum tentu dapat naik tren pukul 7:11 pagi, 7:23 pagi, 7:32 pagi dan 7:47 pagi sbab penumpang ramai sangat smpai tersangkut kat pintu dan kadang2 ada pembatalan last minute lak tu.
Paling awal pun dia dapat naik tren tu pukul 8 pagi. Waktu perjalanan ke KL Sentral smpai lebih kurang 40 minit dan dia kena masuk kerja pukul 8:45 pagi.
Macam tu gak yg berlaku bila nak balik kerja. Selalu je ada tren batal dan tertunda. Persoalannya, macamana dengan kesungguhan kerajaan nak tingkatkan kualiti pengangkutan awam dan pada masa yang sama nak kurangkan penggunaan kereta sebab x nak jalan jammed .
Aku rasa pihak KTM x patut marah penumpang yang sanggup berebut-rebut dan berhimpit apabila tren datang. Kalau pengurusan waktu yang tepat dan bilangan tren yang mencukupi untuk penumpang, nescaya tidak berlaku keadaan berebut-rebut yang luar biasa. RapidKL punya bas punya servis pun sama je. Kadang2 dia punya masa tu x ikut dia punya jadual.
Keadaan yg bersesak macam ni la yang aku rasa boleh mendatangkan banyak jenayah terutama skali perempuan la jadi mangsa penyeluk saku. Yang paling tak boleh blah ada yang kena raba. Baru2 ni juga ada kes hilang dompet masa dalam tren, x sedar beg tangan kena toreh dngan pisau. Disebabkan kelewatan komuter jugak ada jugak kes kena rompak tiga kali masa jalan kaki nak balik rumah dari KTM.
Aku bukan nak salahkan KTM tapi cubalah bertindak utk tingkatkan kecekapan pengurusan. Aku pernah je komen kat dorang punya facebook ngan laman web tapi ni bukan kali pertama aku mengadu tapi dah banyak kali smpai tulis kat ruangan maklum balas pelanggan di laman web KTMB. Tapi tah bila la dorang nak reply comment aku tu?
Public transport negara kita ni kalau nak banding negara luar, mmg jauh beza lah. Dorang pentingkan pengguna 100%. Negara kita cakaplah nak capai status negara maju la, tapi kalau benda ni pun x upgrade lagi, macamana nak maju?
