Streamline content creation in 3 steps
3 Colorful Ways Brands Can Tell Their Content Stories Faster
When a brand is building their social media strategy, content is often pushed to the very last step or relegated to “get 50 pieces done.” With that in mind using templated creation tools like Adobe Spark either on mobile or desktop can help big and small businesses alike create a perfect on-going brand story. Here are three ways to streamline your content creating machine.
1) Know Your Brand Colors
The simplest start to creating content more quickly is to know your color palette. What are 3-4 complimentary colors that help your brand have a cohesive image? Tying those colors back to your logo can be helpful. Starting with a color wheel or bringing in design talent can help get your brand off to a colorful start.
2) Use Templates.
As a long-time digital marketer, I have created many templates over the years in programs like Adobe Photoshop for various large brands. Many programs now exist that have templates in place for easy content creation, like Adobe Spark where you have easy mix-and-match templates. Being able to simply drop in text or an image into a well-designed template saves an incredible amount of time.
3) Build Multiple Brands At Once.
A question that I am often asked by entrepreneurs is if they should build their personal brand or their business brand first. My response is to do both but focus heavily on one at a time. Oftentimes, an audience wants to get to know you as a person and also understand what your offerings are.
Creating content quickly helps when content is not the focus of an entire day at work. As Adobe Spark Product Manager, Chloe McConnell shares, “Communicating at the speed of social media and staying on brand is no easy feat. With this release, we’re building off Spark’s powerful branding features that allow our customers to create branded content in a fraction of the time and now allowing them to do so for all of their multi-faceted roles, whether that be professional or personal. It’s a smart content system that allows you to set your brand parameters once and customize easily, so you can be focused on message and storytelling each time you need to create new marketing collateral or social posts.”
By understanding your brand colors, using templates in a program like Adobe Spark and managing multiple personal and professional brands at once, you can create aligned branded content faster and better.
