Takes 5 months to make a reply???????!!
I asked TNB about why was there an outstanding balance of RM259.40 even if it has already been paid. I believe no one will want to pay something that they already have paid. The mode of asking them is through Facebook messaging, and I asked them on the 19th of August 2016. And then one week passed, and another and another. I didn’t get any response. Well, so this is called the TNB Careline, and if it’s not for assisting customers in their problem, I don’t know what is. In the end, I resorted to going to the Wisma TNB Seremban to clear my doubts, and they said it was the fault of their system that they did not update the amount. So, I only paid the amount due from the date of 13.07.2016-15.08.2016. Not that fingers should be pointed and I thought the Facebook direct message will never be responded until one fine day after almost five months on 10 January 2017, they replied and even so they did not directly respond to my answer. The answer merely was they were receiving plenty of enquiries simultaneously due to system transition. Hold on a minute, wasn’t Facebook messaging directly sent, and they should get the message from people sending them without glitches? Unless something unnatural happened, which we, as normal citizens will never know. Ah well, at least I did get a belated reply then not a reply at all. >.<
