Does Grab know about the hassles of waiting for a longer ride or how stressful it can be, especially when the commuters are in a rush? If Grab wants to provide us a proper car or taxi booking service, then the company should provide maps where the cabs are being accurately tracked with cars shown to be on the move. This will greatly help commuters to determine if there are truly any cars nearby or not, instead of providing us with outdated information.
Grab should also create an alternative option where users can select the closest cars available, instead of only allowing one option where cars are selected randomly. If these options are not possible then Grab should simply inform customers about this flaw so that they won’t be too reliant on it, especially new customers who are trying for the first time.
