PETALING JAYA: Three people were seriously injured and one sustained minor injuries after the Nissan Grand Livina they were travelling in skidded and crashed on the Federal Highway near the Templer interchange early this morning.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said they received a call at 2.35am and arrived at the scene five minutes later.
He said 11 firefighters from the Petaling Jaya Fire and Rescue Station were deployed to the location.
"Upon arrival, we found that the accident involved a single vehicle which had skidded, with four occupants inside — two men and two women in their 20s.
"One woman sustained minor injuries while the other three were seriously hurt. Two victims were taken to Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), while the other two were handed over to Health Ministry officers," he said in a statement today.
