In her post, she said she spotted the dog going around the roundabout several times before deciding to intervene.

She admitted that she was afraid of dogs but nevertheless managed to get the animal into her car while searching for its owner or a rescuer who could help.

She wrote that she was unable to bring the dog home and appealed to anyone who had lost a dog, or animal rescuers, to contact her.

The woman later updated that she had arranged for the dog to be temporarily boarded at Maju Animal Clinic while waiting for its owner to come forward.

The story eventually had a happy ending when she announced four days ago that the dog had safely returned to its owner.

“Update: The dog is safely back with his owner,” she wrote.

Many users praised her for putting aside her fear to help the animal.

One commenter, aidasaniaweina, described her actions as amazing, noting that she had not only rescued the dog but also brought it into her car despite being afraid of dogs.

Another user, misery27_09, praised her willingness to help despite the inconvenience and wished her continued blessings.

Others highlighted her compassion towards animals.

“Omg, Allah sent you to that place to save the dog. May Allah bless you and your family abundantly,” komala_ballan wrote.

User bonevgn described her concern for the animal as rare and compassionate, while afizyassin praised her for putting the dog’s safety before her own concerns.

The rescue also prompted a response from what appeared to be Bruno’s owner, who identified the animal as their family pet.

“This is our family dog, thank you so much for your kindness and helping us bring him home, good karma is on the way for you,” user emajor7 wrote.

Another commenter, januarhaikal, celebrated the reunion and expressed relief that Bruno had encountered someone willing to help.

The incident has since drawn widespread praise for the woman’s decision to overcome her fear of dogs and intervene, ultimately helping Bruno return safely to his family.
