Agong honored with progress on flood mitigation project in Johor

JOHOR BAHRU: The Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Ibrahim, was today presented with the implementation and progress of flood mitigation projects in Johor, including the level of preparedness of relevant agencies in facing any possible flood disaster in the state.
The matter was presented by the Director of the Johor Irrigation and Drainage Department (JPS), Ir Azren Khalil, in a meeting with His Majesty.
According to a post on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar's official Facebook page, His Majesty is always concerned and closely follows developments and important issues involving the state of Johor.
"Sultan Ibrahim agreed to receive an audience with Ir Azren Khalil, Director of the Johor Irrigation and Drainage Department today."
"His Majesty remains concerned and closely follows developments and important issues involving Johor," the message said.
